15 Weekend Side Gigs That Pay You Enough for a Week

12. Become a Reseller

Treasure hunters may enjoy scouring estate and garage sales for particularly high-quality items that can be resold on websites like Amazon or eBay. Another option is to resell any vintage clothing you find at thrift stores or used clothing you no longer wear on apps like Poshmark.

13. Hang Out With Kids

If playing with children all weekend sounds like a doable thing to you, consider becoming a weekend babysitter or nanny. This side gig usually means that you’ll have to hang out with children, perhaps feeding them, acting goofy, running around, and helping out a parent who’s in desperate need of some time away.

Usually, there aren’t any requirements for babysitting or becoming a nanny. However, it’s important to note that you’ll be able to ask for more money if you have a CRP, a degree, first aid certification, and experience with children. Your potential employer may also want to run a background check on you.

In order to connect with parents looking for someone to hang out with their kids, you may want to check out sites like Sittercity, Nanny Lane, or Care.com.
