$2,000 Stimulus Check Update: Here’s If You Could Qualify!

Who Would Qualify for the $2,000 Payments?

Trump has suggested that high-income earners will not qualify, although he has not provided a specific income threshold. In a recent post on Truth Social, he wrote:

“A dividend of $2,000 a person (not including high income people!) will be paid to everyone.”

The U.S. Treasury has reported that tariff revenue during Trump’s second term has generated over $220 billion. However, more than 163 million Americans filed tax returns in 2024, according to the IRS, meaning universal $2,000 checks would total roughly $326 billion—exceeding tariff revenue collected so far.

Trump has argued that remaining funds could also contribute toward reducing the nearly $40 trillion national debt, writing:

“All money left over … will be used to substantially pay down national debt.”

A $2000.00 Stimulus Check would help my family very much.
And kick start the economy, which is badly needed.

Sadly, the democrats will fight this tooth and nail and whittle it down to nothing solely because it was Trump’s idea and it would make the GOP look good. They can’t stand that and their contempt for the citizens is only slightly less than their contempt for Trump. Any tariff money collected will be feasted on by Congress. We will see breadcrumbs at best.

I hope you’re plans for helping seniors are successful. It’s hard for me to survive on $800.00 SS, and pay for my solar roof. Thank you for being such a loyal President to America!

I think a stimulus check will help people that struggle to make ends meet.
