Who’s Eligible: Idaho issues two tax rebates in 2022. Full-year residents who submitted their 2020 and 2021 Idaho tax returns by the end of 2022 qualify for the stimulus checks. It also counts if you submitted a grocery credit refund form even though you weren’t required to file tax returns for those years.

Amount: The amount of the first stimulus check is equal to the greater of (1) 12% of the tax liability before credits, payments, other taxes, and donations on your 2020 Idaho return, or (2) $75 per family member (that is, the taxpayer and each dependent).

The second stimulus check is the greater of (1) 10% of the tax liability before credits, payments, other taxes, and donations on your 2020 Idaho return or (2) $600 for married couples filing a joint tax return or $300 for all other filers.

When Sent: The first round of payments was sent in March 2022. The state started sending the second round of rebates in late September. Direct deposit payments will be issued first, followed by paper checks. Rebate payments will be sent through 2022 and into 2023 as residents submit the necessary tax returns.

Will the state of Missouri, namely the Cape Girardeau, MO Social Security recipients, be advised to whether they will receive a stimulus check. We are just wondering, as we haven’t yet. Just though it may not hurt to ask.

I am on social security and not making enough to file taxes and I never received a stimulus check at all. I guess it proves a point that you have to make money to get money. California was susposta get a gasoline stimulus check also, never seen that either.
