7. Customer Support Representative

Customer support representatives manage customer concerns and queries about a certain brand or product. It may require conversing through messenger, talking on the phone, or even engaging in video calls.

Now, if you’re looking for flexibility so you can work your own hours, this isn’t the job for you. Those who work as customer support representatives are generally required to be online during specific shifts; thus, the time difference may be a problem if you work remotely.

You’ll need to have a knack for patience (this is very important) and learn how to utilize the programs required by your firm to help customers. However, with proper training, you’ll learn pretty quickly.

Here’s a wireless headset with a microphone incorporated that will help you take and answer calls from customers.
