Work From Home Job: Online Teacher

Assisting students with their homework can be quite a fulfilling effort. So why not get paid for it?

What makes this a great work from home job for seniors is that even though you don’t have a degree in education or have ever worked as a teacher, as long as you know a particular subject, you can communicate that knowledge. And you can easily find students online.

Teaching English remotely is another in-demand work from home job that can be perfect for retirees who don’t mind staying up late or waking up early to work with students in places that are in different time zones.

Depending on the teaching company you go through, you might be asked to get certified to teach English. Another field you can enter is online adult literacy, where you teach adult learners how to read or improve their reading level.

Some older learners may be more comfortable having a teacher that’s senior to them. So this is where you come in!
