Any item with shipping restrictions

This return restriction is strictly tied to those items that are bought internationally and shipped from another country to your front door. It is generally going to cost you too much to be able to return that specific item, if not almost completely impossible if you got it from another country. It can happen, especially when you want to get something very specific.

So instead of ending up with a nasty surprise and not being able to send back something that you do not enjoy or if there was something wrong with the package, make sure you check the policy regarding sending back the items, along with the location of the seller. It happened to folks who were shopping on the wrong Amazon storefront, and you do not want that to happen to you!

Yes, I have had a return that was not accepted-It was a 32 oz bottle of conditioner-Avalaon-which was almost $20. I had pictures and everything. I tried but they said they did not return or give me another one-It was well within the period required. It was spelt all over my other stuff.-Needless to say ,”wasn’t pleased”.

I ordered brake rotors that were missing a part and another part was incorrect. The seller is supposed to give return shipping labels but refused. The cost was $437 to ship back the same way they shipped to me, UPS. The order only cost $581 so I can see why they refused even though under Amazon policy they are required to do so. I called Amazon who said to pay to ship back and the A to Z guarantee would pay me back. I did that and sent in receipt…….over and over and over again, over a month went by and they would not pay me back!! A to Z guarantee is worthless and so is Amazon! They try and kill off local merchants so they can take control of the market and eventually turn into crap!!! Nowhere to turn, no way to fix it, you just get screwed.
Just a fair warning! I will look locally for everything from now on

#5 is happening to me right now. I purchased a patio dining set that is too big for my deck. After packing it all up and getting the return label…FedEx can not return it….It is from CHINA!!! Or return to the warehouse in California….I live in Massachusetts!!
The company did tell me to keep the item and they would refund me $170.00….
The set was $470.00 that I’m am now out $300 for a set that won’t fit on my deck…. I just assumed it was from Amazon, I’ve never ever had an issue with a return until now.

    Lesson learned!
