So here are some facts for you Trump is not a felon, his convictions are bogus, bas3d on wrongly allowed travasties of the legal system, proceedings and the very “Laws” he was charged with breaking, not to mention the obviously biased corrupt judge that stated quite clearly that the defendant was guilty before the trial even started, no wonder he gave instructions to the jury that threw every legal standard and principle right out the window, his instructions basically were that the jury needed no evidence of an actual crime, as long as they could imagine something Trump did that was wrong that could be the supporting crime, and they did not even need to agree on what the so called crime or supporting crimes were. As long as they each had some idea that he did something basically anything wrong. Haha in Manhattan where the prospective jury pool was made up of ~95 – 98% Biden voters with those instructions if they did not like his tie, his suit, his hair or teeth or anything else about him he could be found guilty for that reason and that alone. The convictions absolutely WILL be overturned as they were never legitimate to begin with. Then the case will go back to the court, I am quite sure with a very harshly worded opinion from SCOTUS who likely will have reached a 9/0 opinion on this case so the opinion will undoubtedly leave no wiggle room for the biased political hack Judge who presided over this sham trial in the first place he will be ordered to dismiss the case, as it should have been from the start. Which was obvious when the DA and Bragg both declined to bring these sham charges until Trump declared he was running for the presidency. And the #2 guy in the DOJ left that position and joined the prosecution team THEN and ONLY then Bragg brought the case on the same charges he had already declined to prosecute.
Yes he was twice impeached both times without cause neither time was there any even hint of a high crime or misdemeanor they could charge him with. So both impeachments were nothingburgers. They both failed in the Senate to achieve convictions and the second one was a big sham as the intent for impeachment is removal from office and he was already a private citizen and therefore was no longer subject to impeachment. Jan 6. Was an overblown protest turned riot to some extent. The vast majority of people did not commit any violence or if they did it was in direct response to the capital guard behaving very badly. They started every bit of violence in every case except a couple that were instigated by a few plants in the crowd. As the video evidence is slowly being made available more and more it’s showing that there were NO members of Trumps base who were involved in any violence unless they were attempting to defend themselves. In the end it is unfortunate that several people were injured some very seriously,and there were a handful of deaths all of which were from the crowd. Ashley Babbit MURDERRD by a member of the capital police who was not reprimanded as he should have been. And another woman who was BEATEN to death then drug away from the man trying to administer CPR to try to save her, but the police grabbed her by her ankles and drug her away and back into the tunnel where she further was trampled, but she was already dead. The only seri9us injuries and deaths were members of the protesters, the cop died the day or two days after J 6., and his cause of death was natural causes.
The truth of the matter is that Trump has done everything he has done at HIS OWN detriment. He had to step aside from running his businesses. He turned down any salary for the 4 years he served as president. And if he did not run again he would never have faced any of the legal issues he has faced. All of these criminal indictments were only attempts to discredit him and slander him. Which if he did not love this country as he does and was ok buying an island and living on his own private island he would not have any of these legal cases. Even your “sexual predator” claim is totally BS. Any court in NYC is not remotely feasible that Trump would get a fair hearing or result. Not since he made that trip down the golden escalator to declare his candacy in 2016. In that case it is a matter of he said she said she claims without any evidence and not knowing the date or time or really any details, but she claims he did this and that, and could not prove any of it and never did, but Trump responded that he had never met or even seen her before and that she was not at all his type because she was A too old and B too &<7; UGLY so the jury found him liable for deformation of character and that is what that case and judgment was all about. Again .as with every other bogus case he has faced it was politically motivated attempting to get him to withdraw or smear him to try to change the minds of his voters. But with everything they've put him through, he STILL just wants to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. and return it to not only were he had taken it before covid 19 drug things down a bit but the economy was already rebounding and if the demo in 6 or 8 states would not have illegally in many cases changed their state voting rules to allow non citizens and operatives to stuff ballot boxes with extra and invalid ballots Yes TRUMP WON IN 2020 HUGELY! as he will again but this time it will not be close it will be a landslide and will be too obvious to be stolen.
