If you don’t want lukewarm and soggy fries, you can ask at the counter for a serving of fries without salt, and you’ll receive a fresh and hot batch. You can add salt yourself afterward according to your taste.

The same goes for other items: you can remove or add a different element to your hamburger, and the McDonald’s team will prepare it on the spot. Many products are pre-made but can become cold, and this way you can always enjoy fresh food.
