6. Books and comics

Old comics are a real treasure, and if you have some in your attic, you need to see if you can sell them. Maybe you bought them for a few pennies decades ago, but now some of them can be sold for a lot of money.

Believe it or not, old comics are one of the most expensive antiques. For example, the first comic that featured Superman sold on eBay for a few million dollars in 2014. Usually, the comics that are the most expensive are those where a new hero or villain is introduced.

But comics are not the only ones that can help you make some quick money. Old books, especially those that are popular collections from your childhood, can be sold for a lot of cash.

Early editions, rare editions, and signed copies are generally the most expensive. Potter books are still very popular, and people will still buy them even if they are not in the best condition.

  1. I have so many of the things that are listed here, I’ll be checking them out. Records, lights, books, silverware, clothes and more clothes. People just don’t know how they collect lots of collectible items or that is they just don’t realize what they have……

  2. I often see lists of valuable antiques some of which are in my family but never see where to sell them or a list of who will buy them or websites to check. We know they are valuable but don’t know what to do with them. Can you help?

    1. I have boxes of records that I would like to sale, but don’t know how to go about selling them. Who should I contact? It would cost so much to ship them. If at all possible, I would like to have someone to come and look at them. How would I list them with you?

  3. Yeah, but I still use mine. My “non-stick” can’t touch my cast iron. Well seasoned, NOTHING sticks to it… I just have to protect it from roommate who insists on washing with soap

  4. nice too show items
    BUT
we need to know where to sell, who will buy
and don’t say ebay, marketplace, etc
and record stores don’t want this and don’t want that and will NOT pay you for they want it free,
so we need to know people who really want to buy and who collect and not just jerk you around
