Who Is Eligible to Receive a Refund?

Consumers may qualify for a refund if they meet the following criteria:

Eligibility Requirements

You may be eligible if:

  • You enrolled in Amazon Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025
  • You signed up through one of the FTC-identified “challenged enrollment flows”
  • You used no more than 10 Prime benefits in any 12-month period after enrollment

The challenged enrollment flows include:

  1. Universal Prime Decision Page
  2. Shipping Option Select Page
  3. Prime Video enrollment
  4. Single Page Checkout method (discontinued in 2022)

Additionally, you qualify if you attempted to cancel but failed, regardless of how you joined Prime.

This includes cases where:

  • The cancellation process was started but abandoned
  • A “save offer” was selected inadvertently
  • Users believed cancellation was completed but continued to be charged
