#5 Pay attention to what foods you are wasting!

We all have a few grocery items that we don’t use up. Everyone has something they buy and end up throwing away for one reason or another, whether it’s fresh cilantro or a pack of food they think they’ll use up but don’t. Instead of buying and wasting food, how about we change our habits and become more conscious of what we consume?

Take note of what ingredients you don’t use up to save money and ensure we aren’t throwing away as much food (or freezing it only to forget about it). Then make sure you either stop buying so much of it or that you are using it fully before getting a new batch. In the long run, this will end up saving you money monthly!
