6. How You’ll Receive Your Refund

Once your claim is approved you’ll be paid — generally up to $51 — through one of the following methods:

  • Electronic transfer (Venmo or PayPal)
  • Mailed check
Customers using the online form may be able to specify their preferred payment method. If you want a check instead of electronic payment, instructions on how to request one are provided on the settlement site and notices.

Refund amounts vary because they are based on Prime membership fees paid and any previous refunds or credits you received. Individuals who paid less than the full membership fee (for example, during a trial) may see smaller refund amounts.

How do I get my refund? Amazon has been complete garbage lately and I have been having to return or get refunds for missing or damage product for a long time, furthermore, delivery has been terrible too!
