9 Things You Won’t Find at Any Costco Store Anymore

#2 Eggs from caged hens

All supermarkets and other companies have seen a lot of pressure from the public to be more sustainable. And while all of them still have a long way to go, Costco tried to take a big step toward making sure most of its products are sustainable and not causing unnecessary harm. Despite eggs not being the first ones that come to mind when it comes to sustainable efforts, they are actually quite high on the list.

The warehouse has committed to stop sourcing their eggs from farms that don’t provide humane conditions for their chickens and hens, which means raising them in cage-free facilities. While it’s probably more work to do so, they proved they are willing to listen to their customers. So you won’t see eggs from caged hens anytime soon on their shelves, and we think this has been the correct decision.

Used to consume many of the EVOL green chicken and cheese organic breakfast burritos. Countless ! Don’t know what has happened to them but they are sooooo salty now . Pretty sure I won’t be buying them again
