April 2026 Payment Schedule

Looking ahead, Social Security and SSI payments for April 2026 will continue to follow the established staggered schedule.

SSI recipients will receive their payments on Wednesday, April 1

Individuals who receive both SSI and Social Security will be paid on Friday, April 3

For standard Social Security beneficiaries, payment dates are based on birth dates:

  • Birthdays between the 1st and 10th: Wednesday, April 8
  • Birthdays between the 11th and 20th: Wednesday, April 15
  • Birthdays between the 21st and 31st: Wednesday, April 22

This predictable schedule allows beneficiaries to plan their monthly budgets and manage expenses more effectively.

I only received $1313.00 a month. For SSDI. That’s all. I am not able to get my needs meet. Buy the food I need, get the supplements I need for the health of my body. Or even keep up with the cost of inflation. When the cost of living comes in I am told I get too much income. Then any help I receive gets cut again. Who am I to survive. Becoming disabled was not something I did to me. I just got Multiple Sclerosis. If there is anything I or anything Out there to help me live a better life than one filled with constant worry. I would appreciate the information. Thank you. P Morris
