White Stag
As a signature private fashion label that once worked for Walmart, the White Stag was one of the three store brands (alongside Faded Glory and Just My Size), that Walmart decided to pull from its shelves in 2018.
This decision was made because Walmart wanted to make room for other brands, such as Time and Tru for women, Terra & Sky for plus size, and Wonder Nation for the little ones. While you can still find Faded Glory and Just My Size on Walmart’s website, White Stag products have completely disappeared from Walmart.
“Naughty Leopard” costumes for the little ones
It can be a bit tricky at times to find the proper Halloween costume that isn’t too “sexy”, especially those for women and teens. In fact, even classic characters like Elmo and Hello Kitty have received a particular “naughty” treatment from costume companies.
Well, when Walmart came with a “Naughty Leopard” costume for toddler sizes back in 2013, the wide majority of customers had many complaints about the word “naughty” in the costume’s description. The costume looked normal and it even had an innocent look, so the word that was attributed to it didn’t seem to have anything to do with it. That’s why they decided to pull the costume from the shelves.

i do appreciate all of your efforts to keep us safe and healthy
Somehow they consider the concept of a woman president to be against “family values”. How is that keeping us safe and healthy?
I wish we could see less production of China
Products at Walmart I will not buy anything
With China on it .
I tried not to for 30 years or so but now I have practically given up.
makes 2 of us.
GREAT MOVE !! 🙂
Then, where do you buy your China for Sunday dinner?
france, england, taiwan
Good move! Thank you.
I liked white stag the best. So disappointed you dropped them.
I will miss that one
Thank you fr letting me know that a retailer has a conscience.
You didn’t note the disappearance of the individual Pecan pies? My all time favorite item from Wal-Mart!!!
Thank you Walmart, for looking out for us. I myself think you have done a good job.
But they sell garbage lawnmowers and when they break down they tell you to contact the manufacturer. The problem with that is the manufacturer doesn’t answer the phone or they tell you to contact them by email that they don’t answer either. DO NOT BUY A POWERSMART LAWNMOWER FROM THEM. They are junk and they don’t stand behind their products
SOOOO sorry to see White Stag on the list!
Walmart is Anti-women. OK. As a woman, I am anti-Walmart. Why is a woman president against family values? Because, according to Walmart, women are chatel.
It has long been a trend with Walmart since Sam Died that any off brand that outsells a Name brand is discontinued in favor of the higher priced name brand. It is how they operate in order to sell the name brand. They also create their own Shortages of certain items like Cat Food, Walmart’s brand Special Kitty will be out for weeks until the expensive brands are nearly sold out.
Makes sense to me now
Why does so many people think or feel like Walmart looking out for them ? You got them to drop these items by complaint or not buying !!,
Did you not read the story, everything FAILED to do as expected( not buying) or to many complaints/ down falls.
Walmart looking out for thier bottom line. They will sell what ever sells !!
GOOD FOR YOU!!!!
l stopped buying at walmarts, do not give discounts to seniors or vets!!!
I wish Walmart would not buy from China
I would like to go into Walmart and find no products from China . I will never give my money to them, if I pick something up from China I put it back .
Due to confusing leaders, I couldn’t find the products not available at Walmart anymore!
Thanks! Not a computer wizard!
So glad I do not shop at Walmart any more, when they stopped selling ammunition I was done with them.
I resisted buying groceries at walmart! but now they do save me money for sure.I used smaller stores and local but prices in these store have sky rocketed. No money to support them regularly anymore.
Do not ever believe the “in stock” because a lot of times they are for products they NEVER carried. I used to check online, but when I went to the store found that it was not there, no tags on the counters, not sold out, but something they didn’t ever sell. They just will say in stock to ANYthing you ask about. So 19 times out of 20, I leave Wal-Mart empty handed.
