4. Who Must File a Claim to Get Paid

If you didn’t receive an automatic refund but think you qualify, you may be part of the claim-filing group. This typically includes customers who:

  • Signed up via a challenged enrollment flow.
  • Used between 4 and 10 prime benefits in a 12-month period.
  • Were unable to cancel Prime when trying.

These customers will be contacted by Amazon or the FTC via email or postal mail — with a claim notice that contains instructions, including a claim ID and PIN you’ll need to submit your claim. Notices are expected to be mailed or emailed by January 23, 2026.

When you purchase something through Amazon and sill have some stuff in your cart they will say it was declined and the items in your cart are purchased , if I had the money to buy everything it wouldn’t have been left in my cart anthe item that I purchased says revise your payment

If Amazon owes me any refund, just refund the amount to my account.
    Thank you,
