Who Is Eligible to Receive a Refund?
Consumers may qualify for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
Eligibility Requirements
You may be eligible if:

- You signed up through one of the FTC-identified “challenged enrollment flows”
- You used no more than 10 Prime benefits in any 12-month period after enrollment
The challenged enrollment flows include:
- Universal Prime Decision Page
- Shipping Option Select Page
- Prime Video enrollment
- Single Page Checkout method (discontinued in 2022)
Additionally, you qualify if you attempted to cancel but failed, regardless of how you joined Prime.
This includes cases where:
- The cancellation process was started but abandoned
- A “save offer” was selected inadvertently
- Users believed cancellation was completed but continued to be charged
