Are You Eligible For a Refund From Amazon? Find Out Here!

How Refunds Will Be Distributed

Refunds will be issued in phases, depending on eligibility group:

Group 1 — Automatic Refunds

  • Enrolled through challenged flows
  • Used three or fewer Prime benefits in a year
  • No action required
  • Will receive payments automatically through PayPal or Venmo

Group 2 — Claim Form Required

  • Enrolled through challenged flows
  • Used between three and 10 benefits
  • Must complete a claim form sent by email or available online

Group 3 — Failed Cancellation Attempts

  • Must file a claim form
  • Eligible regardless of enrollment method
  • Consumers who do not receive automatic payment can still submit a claim once forms are released.

    I do remember trying to cancel a long time ago and the process was very confusing. I am now 89 years old and still use Amazon occasionally but do not remember any of the dates or even why I tried to cancel. Price was probably one of the reasons. I do watch some of their movies on TV.
