3. Who Gets an Automatic Refund — No Claim Needed
Many eligible customers don’t need to file a claim at all. Amazon has already issued automatic refunds to those who:
- Signed up through a challenged enrollment flow.
- Used three or fewer Prime benefits in a 12-month period.
These refunds, worth up to $51, were distributed between November and December 2025 via PayPal, Venmo, or mailed checks.
If you fall into this group, you should have already received a payment — but if you didn’t, you can still file a claim.
