3. Who Gets an Automatic Refund — No Claim Needed
Many eligible customers don’t need to file a claim at all. Amazon has already issued automatic refunds to those who:
- Signed up through a challenged enrollment flow.
- Used three or fewer Prime benefits in a 12-month period.
These refunds, worth up to $51, were distributed between November and December 2025 via PayPal, Venmo, or mailed checks.
If you fall into this group, you should have already received a payment — but if you didn’t, you can still file a claim.
I have not received a refund that I am aware of.
to the best of my knowledge, I have not received a refund. Amazon takes it out by themselves and I did not know if it was good for me.
I would like to know how to get a refund. There have been a few times that I tried to cancel or even resubscribe and could not. Also had a delivery sent to the wrong address with no resolve.
How do I get my refund?
