6. How You’ll Receive Your Refund
Once your claim is approved you’ll be paid — generally up to $51 — through one of the following methods:
- Electronic transfer (Venmo or PayPal)
- Mailed check
Customers using the online form may be able to specify their preferred payment method. If you want a check instead of electronic payment, instructions on how to request one are provided on the settlement site and notices.
Refund amounts vary because they are based on Prime membership fees paid and any previous refunds or credits you received. Individuals who paid less than the full membership fee (for example, during a trial) may see smaller refund amounts.
I have not received a refund that I am aware of.
to the best of my knowledge, I have not received a refund. Amazon takes it out by themselves and I did not know if it was good for me.
I would like to know how to get a refund. There have been a few times that I tried to cancel or even resubscribe and could not. Also had a delivery sent to the wrong address with no resolve.
