One recent package envelope was EMPTY which was related to Amazon the other a picture I sent of the package left on the steps a picture was taken confirming delivery. The bell was not ring. While the picture was being taken one person opened the package handed it to another and walked away with the 2 packages. This was sent to Amazon but was never compensated.
I am one of the many that qualify for an Amazon settlement refund. I do not know or who to contact to have my name on the refund list.
