2. Who Is Eligible for a Refund?

Not all Amazon Prime members are automatically eligible for a refund. You may qualify if all of the following apply:

1) You are a U.S. Amazon Prime subscriber (Prime US account).

2) You enrolled in Prime between June 23, 2019 and June 23, 2025.

3) Your subscription was via one of the so-called “challenged enrollment flows” — which include:

  • Universal Prime decision page
  • Shipping selection page
  • Single-page checkout flow
  • Prime Video enrollment flow
These are identified by Amazon using its records.

4) You either used three or fewer Prime benefits in a 12-month period (for automatic refunds) or you used between 4 and 10 benefits and either didn’t receive an automatic refund earlier or were unable to cancel when you tried.

Prime benefits refer to services you likely received through Prime — such as free two-day shipping, Prime Video, or Amazon Music.

Everyone involved should get a compensation from the settlement.
